OTL has successfully worked with organizations to create intentional connections between businesses to advance common interests. For example, we were instrumental in bringing together nine organizations to collectively create innovative workforce development programs that bring under-employed and unemployed adults into livable wage opportunities.
Using a similar model, we designed successful high school programs offering paid, hands-on construction experience for selected youth. The goal was to encourage them to consider the construction trades as a career path and to teach them how to become employable adults.
