Vicki J. Reece, co-founder, has over 30 years experience in delivering business solutions. 
Under her process improvement, change management and reengineering leadership
she has successfully led the design, development and implementation of numerous small
and large enterprise-wide, multi-faceted projects on time and within budget.
 

She is a recognized leader and brings strong facilitation, collaboration and communication
skills to each engagement.   She is known for her attention to detail and her ability to
orchestrate cross-functional teams to achieve results.  She brings systemic thinking to
her work with specialized expertise in organization development, process reengineering,
and strategic planning. 
In addition to leading in those areas of expertise, Vicki has
served as Vice President of Integrated Solutions, Director of Organizational Effectiveness,

She holds a bachelor's degree in Communications and Human Resource Management; as
well as, an advanced Organization Development certification from NTL.  Vicki also holds
Parts I and II EAGALA certifications in equine assisted learning.

Patricia A. Wagner, co-founder, has over 25 years experience in the not-for-profit, for profit, government and academic environments.  She is recognized as a skilled leader and collaborator with demonstrated ability to inspire and guide groups and individuals to higher levels of achievement.  She is a business owner, horse-person and lifelong learner in personal development.

Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, a Master of Arts degree from Mankato State University, and is a recipient of a Bush Leadership Award.  She also holds Parts I and II Certifications from the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA).   In addition, she has attained a Managing Diversity, Valuing Difference Certification from NTL (National Training Laboratories).

Pat is known for her ability to provide visionary guidance and leadership, skilled problem solving, and her gift to bring diverse strategic partners together to maximize each group's assets and expertise to achieve a common goal.

Ray Anschel has been a teacher of writing and literature for 40 years. He taught at Normandale Community College, the University of Minnesota, and the College of St. Catherine. He served as chair of the English Department at Normandale for 8 years, president of Normandale’s faculty association, regional coordinator of Writing Across the Curriculum for Minnesota Community College System, Director of Carleton College’s Learning Center, and as a faculty associate for the Mid-Continent Writing and Thinking Institute at Minot State University.

Ray has conducted writing and literature workshops for students and teachers in colleges throughout the country, in the K-12 system, and for community groups. In addition, has a long history of facilitating leadership and problem solving workshops in higher education and for business and health professionals. 

Ray holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Long Island University, a Master’s Degree from the University of Minnesota, is the recipient of Normandale’s Teacher of the Year Award and the University of Texas’s National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development Award for Excellence (NISOD). He also holds Parts I and II Certifications from the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA).

Lynn Moline believes that organizations can change and improve only when the people in them are willing to change and improve. So she helps people in organizations become better at leading, communicating, solving problems, planning, and making decisions.

Lynn
has worked as an independent consultant with people in large and small businesses, educational institutions, nonprofits, and governmental agencies as a consultant, speaker, and trainer since 1995.   She has taken on projects as varied as leadership training for engineering, insurance, and manufacturing managers to strategic planning for a large Midwestern city.  
Lynn also holds Parts I and II Certifications from the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA).

Lynn Moore has a passion for animals and their healing connection to people. She first became aware of this unique bond early in her life and has been working on better understanding and embracing it over the past 30 years. Kathie Upcraft has been a teacher and counselor for over 25 years.   She has provided counseling, guidance, and education to people of all ages; in individual and group settings.  Kathie works with others in encouraging ways and has a variety of methods to enhance learning and growing.

Kathie has a Masters Degree in Counseling and a Bachelor Degree in Education.  She is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor.    Kathie is the CEO and President of Upcraft, LLC, where she provides counseling services and classes for adults.  Kathie’s emphasis in on working with those who are dealing with anxiety, depression, chemical dependency, sexual identity and self esteem, as well as working with the loved ones and concerned others of those dealing with these difficult issues.   She is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor at Fairview Recovery Services, where she has lead groups and had managerial responsibilities for 17 years.  Kathie holds Part I and II EAGALA certification in equine assisted learning.
